Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth.

These verses are a little scary but if you think about it...when we try to live a Christian life and members of our family or friends do not, it does seem as if we are "against" each other....although we love each other, we just don't "live" the same way....
When you take a look at the world around you, you can see how true these verses really are. Putting the second half of these verses into practice is something I definitely struggle with. I'm guilty of putting almost anything I can before God and it should be the other way around with Him leading the way!
